Shipping, Refunds & Returns Policy

Shipping

We appreciate your business, and we hope you are happy with your purchase!

You will receive email confirmations as your order moves through the fulfillment process, including an email with your tracking information.

You may log into your user account to review your order history, check on the status of current/existing orders, or follow up with one of our customer service agents.

Please allow 3-5 days for order processing and fulfillment. We try our best to fulfill your order as soon as possible, so contact us immediately if you need an order adjusted or canceled.

Returns & Refunds

Overview

Orders may be eligible for refund, return, or exchange within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. To determine eligibility, please contact us here. Once your return is authorized, you will have thirty (30) days to send it back for a full refund or exchange. If your return is not postmarked within thirty (30days, we cannot guarantee you a full refund or exchange. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as your order number, or email used at time of purchase.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item (if applicable), we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) to ten (10) business days from the receipt of your returned item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund and it has been more than 2 billing cycles:
  • Contact your Credit Card Company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your Bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our customer service agents.

Returns & Exchanges

If a return or exchange is authorized, you will be provided with a container and prepaid shipping label to securely send the item back to us. Once the item has been received, it will be evaluated by our team and your refund or exchange will be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days if eligible.

Missing Orders

If your order has been lost or you have not received it in a reasonable time, please contact our customer service agents so we may assist you.

Gifts

If you received an item as a gift shipped directly to you from our e-commerce site and you are not satisfied, it may qualify for an exchange or store credit. Please contact our customer service agents.
